Julia Breskin

Julia Breskin is a dedicated professional with a strong background in customer experience, education, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Older Adults Technology Services (OATS) from AARP, Julia focuses on delivering human-centered, mission-driven experiences. Prior roles include Business Development Intern at Gallagher & Associates, LLC, and various positions at Sidwell Friends School, including Donor Coordinator and Engagement and Giving Coordinator. Julia also has experiences in museum education at Decatur House (Washington, DC), Reynolda House (Winston-Salem, NC) and the Gatewood Gallery (Greensboro, NC). Julia holds an MBA and an MA in Design Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School, and a BS in Community and Justice Studies from Guilford College.
