As Senior Director of Project Management, Aaron is responsible for establishing best practices and tools for effective project management of funded and internal projects that span program areas and geographies. In this role, Aaron works with each project team to ensure each is meeting deliverables and obligations while maintaining fiscal control and oversight. Described as the “air-traffic controller” for OATS, Aaron keeps an eye on all live and potentially incoming projects, offering support where needed. As a core member of the organization’s operations team, Aaron provides leadership and support in finance, HR, data management, and other functions.
Aaron earned a MA in Community Development and Planning from Clark University and has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, Aaron enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son exploring the lakes and many fine hiking trails.
